More Mix-Ups

The more I thought about it, the more I started to question toilet paper on Thomas’ preschool supply list.  Turns out though I took speed reading in 7th grade, I still need to work on retention.  A closer look at the items today listed paper towels, not the kind you wipe with.  Oops!  Good thing I didn’t buy it without rechecking.  Would have looked pretty silly hoisting a big pack of TP out of the back of my SUV on his first day.  Of course I had a similar brain lapse in Vegas.  Sunday evening I walked up to a black jack dealer with no players to inquire if we could get to Bellagio from Casear’s without walking back outside.  “Excuse me, Sir” I started my sentence.  Seeing the look on her face and quickly glancing at her nametag I corrected myself.  “I mean, Ma’am.  Sorry!”

    Tara….too funny.

Guess you just looked at paper towels (pt)
    as toilet paper (tp)!

As for the store clerk, sometimes it is
difficult to make a decision as to gender!

I would think I’d have an easier time at the dentist for as many times as I’ve opened my mouth and inserted my foot. And TP on the school list? Probably not too far off in the future. Have a great day, Tara!

It happends when we get pre-occupied & overly busy.
It wouldn’t have surprised me about needing to furnish the TP however. In the school district we live in, you furnish a lot of things now that use to be part of the tuition. Times are a chang’in!

Hope Tara didn’t give our schools any ideas……..wouldn’t surprise me to see TP on future lists.
