On this blog I often share the “constructive” criticism I receive on a pretty regular basis from viewers via email and phone calls.  But I choose to spare you the praise and positive feedback that come my way for two reasons primarily:  Because I don’t want to come off as a total egomaniac.  And because the rips are so much more entertaining, right?  I have to break my rule and tell you about a  woman who is likely my number one fan.  For months, possibly years, she has been emailing me on a regular basis to offer nothing but glowing reviews of my hair and wardrobe choices.  I love her, of course.  Her name I won’t use because she lives in a small town not far from Waterloo.  Days when I feel a little off, her kind and supportive words pop up in my in-box as an instant pick-me-up.  One time when I didn’t hear from her for a few days she emailed to explain her TV was not working so she went to the neighbors so as not to miss the news.  That’s dedication.  I sent her a KWWL coffee mug.  A sample of the love below:

You are lovely tonight!  You are relaxed, hair is wonderful, like the black and white.  Lookin good!

Your hair is beautiful, red sweater n i c e and jacket very becoming!  

Really like the sweater you have on tonight!  I would love to have it!!! :  )

You could be in the movie as beautiful as you are tonight!  Love you in yellow!  Never saw anyone’s hair grow as fast as yours!  Would love to have hair like yours!

you are perfect!  The hair, the makeup, the purple jacket, the fingernail polish, everything about you is awesome!     YOU ARE GREAT!
