Thomas stayed home today not feeling well.  He missed a day the week before last with strep.  Talk to parents you know and one of their children has likely come down with something recently.  I have heard reports of neighbor kids vomiting and running fevers.  Currently three girls in Charlotte’s Daisy troop are dealing with or recovering from illness.  Babies with RSV, toddlers with the flu and a lot of teachers home sick.  Everyone just wants to keep their little ones healthy for a longer stretch.  Seems like I’ve never heard about so much sickness.  Or is it that until I had kids I never cared much not having to rearrange schedules and bribe children to take their medicine?
