Hey all!

I know how ya’ll like free stuff.  Who doesn’t in this day and age!  So how’s about this?  A new FREE song from the metal super group HELLYEAH!  If you are unfamiliar with HELLYEAH (which you shouldn’t be) they are a super group that features Vinnie Paul of Pantera fame Chad Grey and Greg Tribbett of Mudvayne, Tom Maxwell of Nothingface and Bob Zilla of Damageplan.  They played in Cedar Rapids not to long ago and well they are just good old rock and roll for those of you that want a good time and to get your party on!

The first song is called “Cowboy Way” and is the first track off of their sophomore debut Stampede landing in stores on July 13th!

I was trying to think of something completely witty to say, but I have nothing that wouldn’t be offensive to most the world.  So two new Deftones tracks are out now and I have to say I’m really really impressed.  Like beyond impressed check them out.

I’m telling you folks, this is the real deal.  No other band from the Nu-Metal era has continued to be as creative and envelope pushing as the Deftones.  Despite the adversity that band has faced and original bassist Chi Cheng being in a near fatal car accident two years ago and still in a comma the Deftones continue to push forward and create engaging music that puts a huge smile on my face!  The new album Diamond Eyes is out in stores and digital on May 4th, I suggest you run out and buy yourself a copy of this album now.  I will be first in line for it, unless their label decides to send me a copy of it earlier, hint hint, nudge nudge, wink wink.
