Chris Larimer is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Northern Iowa and currently serves as President of the Iowa Association of Political Scientists.

He is the co-author of The Public Policy Theory Primer, The Public Administration Theory Primer, 2nd edition, and has authored or co-authored several articles that have appeared in political science journals.

Chris serves as the political analyst for KWWL News and is a regular guest on Iowa Public Radio.

His research includes understanding the psychology of voting, as well as the impact of gender on group decision making.
