Tick Tock

Tomorrow right after work I am going to race to the Twin Cities for Robby’s Graduation party.  I cannot wait to celebrate with my whole family. The real busy time starts right after I finish this blog post. I have already cleaned the house as best I can (I like to come home to a clean house) and packed my weekend bag.

I also need to get all my last minute things together and make sure when I leave in the morning I have everything. I cannot waste a bit of time because at 4:30pm tomorrow I have to be home to get extensions put in my hair for the big party! I have never had extensions before but everyone who has them swears by them and I am excited to try something new.

Robby’s video turned out beyond my wildest dreams and expectations and as soon as I show it at the party, I will upload it here so you all can see it! My sister is busy putting up the draping and chair covers from her own event business and mom is cooking up a storm.

As I bustle around happily preparing for this I cannot help but think of how lucky I am to have such wonderful people in my life. Not only my family who loves me beyond belief but wonderful people that are coming in my life to enrich it even more. Such as a dear friend Jeremy who is coming to take my car to get cleaned and washed for me as I finish last minute things so I have one less thing to worry about. My friend Pam in the Twin Cities who has offered to come at 6am to help my family with last minute things and all the other caring souls in my life.

I may have lost a little but I have gained so much as well. It’s all how you look at it
