2013

In the New Year– I have a goal to cleanse my body, heart and soul. I have already met a wonderful man and 2012 will always be remembered as a special year for that.

This year I want to cleanse my body completely of the toxins I have put in it for years. No more processed junk foods or “food” with a shelf life longer than myself. I feel so much better in life and otherwise when I eat well and now is my time to really change my eating habits. I also want to buy a juicer and start making fresh juices for myself daily. For those who think I am crazy-you should evaluate all the food you put in your body on a daily basis. Look at the labels of most foods you get in the grocery store. White bread made mostly with sugar and processed cakes and cookies with ingredients on the labels that you cannot even pronounce. Watch the documentary “Hungry for Change”   It just might change your life.

We only have one body and this year I plan to treat it as well as possible. I cannot wait to be healthier and have more energy.

2012 was a wonderful year for me. I learned more about myself. I learned I can have a fulfilling, healthy relationship without the drama! March 17th of this year my life changed forever when I met Mr. New. Nothing has been the same since and I cannot imagine what it was like before that day anymore.

I learned that I want to reach more goals. 2013 I want to be a professional photographer. Everyday I make a little more progress. I want to get to a point where I can display my photos at Artapalooza this year in Cedar Falls! I want to work on making myself a little better everyday. Be kinder and more patient. Be gentler with myself. Spend more time with family and be a better friend.

I want to stop caring so much about what other people think. Be more secure and confident in my decisions and directions in life. I want to pay it forward more and remind others as much as possible.

So much is possible if we believe it can be.

Everyday I want to spend a few minutes visualizing my goals and ambitions. You will surprise yourself when you realize each thought you have has an electromagnetic frequency that changes the world around you.

Thoughts become things….

All the BEST in 2013

Didn’t you do the body cleansing thing in 2012?
I agree with the white bread, waste of time & calories.

Great quote I heard recently, “If you don’t take care of your body, where will you live?”

How about those DUCKS at the Fiesta Bowl. I heard you once lived in Eugene. I am a web-footed, native Oregonian who grew up in Portland and did my graduate work in Eugene. We loved our time there.
