My day instantly changes the moment I close my eyes and meditate. I have only been doing this for about a week but the results are tremendous. Close your eyes for the next week for a mere 10 minutes, take a deep breath and then visualize your perfect day. No detail should feel too big or too bold. What times does your alarm go off? What do you look like? Where do you go to work? Make it perfect just how you want it and then feel the emotions that go along with it. You will be amazed what the Universe will open up for you when you allow yourself the power of thought.
Starting Monday I intend to replace a meal or two with pure squeezed juice. I got the idea from watching the documentary Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead. If you have not seen it-I highly recommend it. In fact much of it takes place in Iowa. I am going to buy a juicer this weekend and then start the process of making healthy micro-nutrient juices. You will be amazed at the transformation. I once did a 7 day fast and though it was tough in the beginning by the third day I felt completely wonderful! I had so much energy that I was bouncing off the walls. Think of all the toxins we put in our body–the clogging of the arteries. This gives the body a chance to heal itself naturally. Remember you get one chance at life and one body to take care of. Don’t you owe it your all?

I think natural juicing is a great idea but not to replace a meal or two daily. That may be a little extreme…
I’m a nurse and no expert about nutrition but clean eating maybe the way to go, which seems like what you are doing now. Just make sure you are still taking in at least 1200 calories daily AFTER exercise. Your body needs this in order to function properly.
Good luck, I think you lood great and feeling great inside is even more important!
