After my first week on this “healthy” course, I decided to make the trip to the basement and get on the dreaded scale. I was honestly just hoping to stay the same or maybe be down a pound. Much to my delightful surprise–down three pounds in just my first week! I don’t expect this to be a typical result, but it certainly is great motivation to keep sticking with it!
