I’m not sure what I did to deserve such a great start to 2013, but I’m very thankful for it! Yesterday, Floyd woke up and made homemade pancakes for Drake and I. We also forgot to open our sparkling wine at midnight on New Year’s Eve, so he even made me a mimosa to go with breakfast! It was awesome. Then, I came home to wonderful aromas of pulled pork cooking in the crock pot for supper. What a guy! Floyd’s always great at pitching in, but I especially appreciate it when he cooks for me. Those years of growing up with a single dad and living in a bachelor pad served him well when it comes to the kitchen! Thanks for filling my life with so much joy–and delicious meals, Floyd! You’re awesome!!

Haha! He actually has a twin, an older brother, and a younger brother. But they are all taken!
I’m so glad to see guys cooking these days.
My son does almost all the cooking at his house. With women working longer hours and trying to balance so many things, it’s great when men lead the way in the kitchen!! Way to go, Floyd!
You and Floyd have an awesome relationship! Floyd is one in a million but then so are you! I am so happy that the two of you have each other.
