Legal Talk 11.7.13: Write-In Votes

November 6, 2013 1 Comment

Following Tuesday’s election, a viewer asked a question about what is the standard for a write-in ballot to be counted as a valid vote. If you have any questions, talk to your county auditor or the Secretary of State’s Office.

I lived in Iowa – Cedar Falls – in the 80′s and 90′s so I’m completely familiar with KWWL . In Chile , where I live , I ran into the station’s W page . And ran into great TV programming . Legal angle looks very good . And of noteworthy mention , Ron Steele’s report program . -

It’s nice to see the station keeps it’s really high quality bracket , as it usually was when i lived there ( 1985 – 1999 ] . -

    Sincerely ,
