July 15 PM Sat

The hot and humid weather today will continue for the rest of the week. Tonight will be mostly clear with some patchy fog possible late tonight and early Tuesday morning. Tuesday and Wednesday will be partly cloudy to mostly sunny each day as high temperatures will be near 90 degrees. Not much wind forecast to help cool off. The dewpoints will remain high into the low 70s through Friday. Here is the rain forecast from Monday evening through Thursday evening.

July 15 QPF

A cold front is forecast to push through the state Friday with a chance of showers/storms. The temperatures and humidity level will drop a little bit behind the front for the weekend. High pressure will provide plenty of sunshine. Another front is forecast to push through Monday with the next chance of showers/storms.

The Climate Prediction Center (CPC) 8-14 day outlook (July 23-29) has Iowa with above normal temperatures and near normal precipitation.
